Patterns (Forms or Poomsae)
Sequences of movements designed to simulate combat against multiple opponents. Each pattern has a specific set of movements and represents a different aspect of Taekwondo.

Sparring (Kyorugi)
Controlled and supervised sparring matches where practitioners apply their techniques in a simulated combat situation. Points are awarded for clean and effective strikes.

Self-Defense Techniques

Breaking (Kyukpa)
